Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Social Vote does not allow content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children. This includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexual exploitation or trafficking of a child, solicitation involving minors, and attempts to facilitate or normalize such conduct.
In-app reporting
Social Vote provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report users and user-generated content for review. Reports are handled through our moderation process and may result in content removal, account action, escalation or other protective measures.
How we act on CSAM and child-safety reports
- We review reports and credible notices involving potential CSAE or CSAM.
- When we obtain actual knowledge of prohibited content, we take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the content.
- We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts involved in child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- We preserve information when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance and reporting obligations.
- Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional/national authority when required by applicable law.
Compliance with child-safety laws
Social Vote is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the service is made available. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required.
